Interview with Wim Boone: no 'Smart City' without smart buildings
In tomorrow’s buildings, smart energy usage will be of primary importance. Not only for economic and ecological, but also for practical reasons. No least because the breakthrough of electric cars and smart grids poses enormous challenges. Especially in a world where the call for comfort and efficiency is getting louder. But the task facing building and facility managers is not insurmountable. With the intelligence that will probably be built into the larger buildings by then, they will have an important tool to take on this battle.
