Ingenium carries out a condition measurement on the building and its technical installations, as well as an energy audit. These audits serve as a basis for optimising the management of the buildings. Subsequently, Ingenium draws up an Energy and Maintenance Performance Contract (OEPC). On this basis, a service provider is appointed who will take care of the optimal management of the building and its installations. The energy performance will also be included in this management.
