LEC Re-vive Mechelen

Re-vive is building a new residential development in Mechelen called KOMET. A new business model is being implemented into the project; heat and ventilation will be delivered and managed by an ESCO. 

The heat will be generated using heat pumps. Charging stations and solar panels will also be installed.

Ingenium is supporting the ESCO as an advisor for the development of the business model and the accompanying concept, both with regard to technology, financing and the Service Level Agreement for operation.
