Lingang Overseas Zeebrugge

Commissioned by the Chinese Lingang Overseas, a logistics center including offices is designed by the team DEVI Mts (a partnership with following partners: Dugardyn, Establis, Verhaeghe and Industrium/Ingenium). 

It will be a super exciting project that will run in 2 phases. The first phase of 80,000 sqm will start at the end of August 2021 and should be fully completed by the end of August 2022 (12 months). As icing on the cake, a BREEAM Excellent is targeted! The second phase will follow immediately after and will also be approximately 80,000 m². Then there will also be a train connection with loading and unloading area on the site.
