Ingenium carried out an energy audit for the buildings of the Flemish Parliament and the House of Representatives of Flanders on behalf of the Flemish Government. Both were energy audits linked to the environmental permit for large consumers, in accordance with the regulations in Brussels.
In addition, for both buildings a more in-depth regulatory analysis was carried out in a regulatory audit. Based on two measurement campaigns (summer campaign and winter campaign), this audit examined the control systems of the main installations (heating, cooling, ventilation) and indicated where the control systems could be optimised.
Parallel to this, an inventory of the technical installations was made by means of a NEN 2767 audit. This inventory will also be used as a basis for the maintenance contract, for which Ingenium also provided additional advice.
