Kevlinx Datacenter
As traditional data hubs face growing constraints in space and power, demand for digital infrastructure in Brussels is accelerating. Forecast growth in ITcapacity is expected to approach 90% between 2025 and 2030, driven by high-density workloads and AI adoption. Meeting the performance and sustainability demands of modern workloads, including HPC and AI, requires a new generation of future-proof infrastructure.
The Kevlinx BRU01 campus addresses this need. Located in the Brussels Capital Region, it will be the largest multi-tenant commercially available facility in Belgium. Operational from December 2025, the first phase of BRU01 is a sustainably designed and operated facility, purpose-built to support the evolving needs of hyperscalers, large enterprises, government agencies, academic institutions, and cloud service providers.
The initial 4MW of IT capacity will offer densities of up to 60kW per rack. This is part of a broader 17.5MW build-out of capacity, with the remaining 13.5MWcurrently under development to support high density, liquid-cooled environments circa 150kW+ per rack. Once fully built out, the BRU01 campus will provide atotal of 32MW+ of future-proof capacity, supporting Belgium’s role in the global digital economy and enabling the deployment of advanced AI-driven technologies.
